StepStones private debt strategy is differentiated primarily by its multi-manager approach and the StepStone private debt platform, which is based on managed accounts with over 30 GPs. The main advantages of the managed account platform are: efficient portfolio construction and re-investment, quality assurance and control, high diversification and attractive economies of scale. In addition, the platform offers flexibility with regard to GPs and investment universe depending on the market situation (dynamic redistribution of commitments possible), scalability and optimization from a tax, regulatory and accounting perspective.

StepStone Group Europe Alternative Investments Limited (SGEAIL) acts as an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM).
