Collineo Asset Management is an independent, partner-managed company, with a focus on real estate finance in the area of mezzanine and equity. Collineo finances project developments and real estate portfolios. Collineo was founded in 2004 and licensed by BaFin one year later. The roots of the company go back to a German mortgage bank. In addition to structuring and advising on real estate finance, Collineo launched its first mezzanine real estate finance company in 2018 and the second followed in 2021.

Taking into account investment law, tax and accounting aspects, Collineo structures and invests in the financing of project developments, in real estate portfolios and in the financing of real estate-related investments. As an asset manager, Collineo launches club deals or private placements and manages them over their term. Collineo advises institutional investors and market participants on all aspects of innovative real estate and capital market products. The team consists of 14 highly qualified employees in the areas of Portfolio Management, Credit, Product Development & Advisory.
