We are a bank-independent and owner-managed capital management company responsible for the management of the Competo funds.
With our real estate special AIFs, we address a homogeneous circle of professional German investors, such as foundations, family offices and medium-sized companies. The mezzanine fund is aimed at project developers who would like to integrate a capital partner for the realization of their real estate projects in Germany. The focus is on project developments in the asset classes office, residential, retail, logistics, hotel and mixed forms in the German TOP-7 cities and metropolitan regions as well as top locations in B-cities.The risk profile is designed in such a way that at the time of participation in the project, the classic requirements such as building law, advance letting or cost certainty must be fulfilled to the greatest possible extent.The mezzanine loans have a term of 6 months to three years and a fixed interest rate without profit entitlement.
