BF.capital is an investment manager for institutional investors who are given access to the private debt asset class via individual fund solutions. 
The company is part of the BF.direkt Group and therefore has access to a broad network in the real estate sector. In addition to BF.direkt AG, W&W Asset Management has also held a stake in BF.capital since October 2023. With the acquisition of the stake, the W&W Group transferred the management of its entire debt portfolio to BF.capital. The AuM of BF.capital amounted to around EUR 1.5 billion as at 09/2024.


The product solutions offered are direct lending funds in the segment of real estate debt across all risk categories (senior/whole loan/mezzanine) as fund structures but also as individual mandates, primarily in the DACH region. The focus is on financing portfolio developments in particular ESG transformation in existing buildings. As part of the BF Group, BF.capital has access to a network of financing partners in Germany that has grown over 20 years. In addition, fund of funds in the corporate and infrastructure debt segment are offered. Individual mandates can also be accepted in this segment.
