Jens Hennes, Chief Executive Officer & Member of the Board, Versorgungswerk der Apothekerkammer Nordrhein
Jens Hennes studied Banking and Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He spent four years at Commerzbank AG in Essen and Düsseldorf, where he was responsible for institutional clients, particularly in the areas of interest rate and currency management as well as asset management.
In 2005, Jens Hennes joined the Pension Fund of the Chamber of Pharmacists of North Rhine. He has served as Managing Director since 2013 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2023. Since 2013, he has been responsible, among other things, for listed and alternative investments, member administration, and financial and accounting matters. Since 2016, he has also served as Managing Director of the Pension Fund of the Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons of North Rhine.
In addition, Jens Hennes has lectured and continues to lecture at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and the European Business School. His teaching focuses on risk management, banking operations, and real estate economics.
