Suzana Mijucic, Investment Manager, Bayerische Versorgungskammer
Suzana Mijucic is an Investment Manager for Private Equity and Infrastructure at Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK), where she has been working since early 2021. She is responsible for manager selection across various global strategies and oversees the entire investment process, including co-investments, portfolio monitoring, and the management of existing mandates. In addition, she plays a key role in the development and implementation of portfolio and investment strategy and represents BVK on various advisory boards at both the European and international level. Another core focus of her role is the further development of ESG integration within Alternative Investments, which she helps shape across teams.
Prior to joining BVK, she held various positions in the investment and corporate finance environment, including roles at BMW Group, ProSiebenSat.1, and Armira. Suzana Mijucic studied Business Administration at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and holds a Master’s degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is actively involved in BVK’s internal women’s network.
