Dr Philipp Holtkamp, VGH Versicherungen
Dr Philipp Holtkamp has been Head of the ‘Renewables’ working group at VGH since 2024, where he is responsible for developing the investment programme for renewable energy. After studying industrial engineering at the universities of Braunschweig, Trondheim (Norway) and Omaha (USA) (MBA), he initially worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Infrastructure and Real Estate Management at the Technical University of Braunschweig. He subsequently worked in portfolio management for the asset manager within the Alternative Assets division of NORD/LB. Philipp Holtkamp is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
