Dr. Kati Beckmann is a partner in the area of financing and restructuring with a special focus on investment law, acquisition and corporate finance and financial restructuring. She advises sponsors and investors on fund structuring, fund investments, the marketing of funds and the regulatory requirements of institutional investors. Dr. Kati Beckmann also has extensive experience in advising companies, banks and alternative lenders on the structuring of national and international financings as well as on the acquisition of non-performing loans and financial restructurings.
