Dr. Gregor Evenkamp, Clifford Chance
Dr. Gregor Evenkamp is a Partner in the Munich office of Clifford Chance and a member of the firm’s international "Investment Funds & Asset Management" group.
His primary focus is on advising clients on the structuring and distribution of open- and closed-end investment funds for both retail and institutional investors. He has a particular emphasis on "fund replacement products," such as fund-linked securities and securitization transactions.
Dr. Evenkamp is also a member of Clifford Chance's Global ESG Board and the Global Tech Group.
He contributes as an author to several standard commentaries on the German Investment Code (KAGB) and is an active member of various industry associations.
