Thomas Lehmann is a Director at Wüest Partner Deutschland and has been with the company since 2017. Since 2020, he has held procuration authority and has been responsible for complex valuation and advisory mandates across the real estate and infrastructure sectors. He holds a strong academic background, including a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Henley Business School. His qualifications are further complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from ESMT Berlin and an intensive program in Real Estate Asset Management at IREBS. Thomas Lehmann is a RICS Registered Valuer, a HypZert F-certified appraiser, and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He is responsible for the valuation of numerous fund vehicles within the regulated BaFin environment and possesses extensive expertise in the valuation of real estate and infrastructure investments.
