Nico Rheims, Ardian
Nico Rheims has been part of the Ardian Real Estate team in Frankfurt since 2017, where he initially served as Senior Investment Manager and most recently as Managing Director, making a significant contribution to the success of Ardian’s real estate activities in Germany.
He has more than fifteen years of industry experience in the real estate sector.
Prior to joining Ardian, he worked at QUINCAP Investment Partners as an Investment Manager, where he was responsible for real estate and platform transactions.
He began his career in 2010 at Fortress Investment Group.
