Alexander Glos advises banks, financial institutions, asset managers and financial investors at the interface between financial market law and financial regulatory law. He has particular expertise in the regulatory environment governing banks, investment firms, payment service providers and asset managers. Another key area of focus is FinTech matters, as well as advising on M&A and portfolio transactions, restructurings and reorganisations of regulated financial firms.
Alexander Glos is Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group and Co-Head of the FinTech Group at Freshfields.
