Carsten Kociok is a partner in the technology, financial services and data protection practice and co-head of the global Greenberg Traurig Fintech group. He has extensive experience in data protection and cyber security, payments law, financial services listings, e-money products, blockchain technology and financial and banking regulation. Carsten Kociok regularly assists clients in authorisation and audit proceedings before financial supervisory authorities and advises on all contractual and regulatory aspects of the development, design and implementation of financial technology products and transactions.
