Nadja Reiß, Annerton
Nadja Reiß is based at Annerton's Frankfurt office, where she advises national and international institutions and companies on all aspects of financial regulatory law. Her practice focuses on advising credit institutions, financial services institutions, investment firms, and payment institutions on all matters under the KWG, WpIG, WpHG, and ZAG.
She supports institutions in particular with licensing procedures and owner control procedures, and advises on regulatory matters such as licensing requirements, the cross-border provision of financial services, market access from third countries, and the design and development of compliance structures.
In addition, Nadja Reiß has substantial experience in international capital markets law.
Prior to joining Annerton, Nadja Reiß spent several years at leading international law firms in Frankfurt a.M., practicing in financial regulatory and capital markets law.
