Michael F. Spitz is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of 360X, a regulated trading venue for digital securities. He brings nearly 30 years of deep investment banking and corporate venture capital experience to the stage. Michael began his career in the capital markets as a primary trader and syndicate specialist, holding various leadership positions across Dresdner, Nomura, and Commerzbank. Transitioning to the forefront of financial technology, he later served as CEO of Main Incubator and CommerzVentures. An early advocate of blockchain in institutional finance, Michael has successfully led real-world DLT milestones; Ranging from fully digital Euro Commercial Paper (ECP) transactions to programmable payment solutions with industrial leaders such as Daimler and Siemens as early as 2018.
