Bert Staufenbiel, KfW Bankengruppe
Bert Staufenbiel is currently working as a Senior Manager at KfW in Frankfurt am Main. His responsibilities include exploring new technologies and working methods and evaluating their implementation within the Treasury department. Since 2016, Bert has been involved with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)/Blockchain and has gained deep insights through several DLT projects. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a portfolio manager in the structured credit unit at Deka Investment GmbH. He began his career at the rating agency Fitch Ratings in the securitization division. Bert holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Potsdam and a Master of Science in “Risk Management & Regulation” from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
