Andreas Avril, Deloitte
Andreas is a Director in the Infrastructure & Capital Projects team at Deloitte Frankfurt. He has over twenty-five years of professional experience in Public Private Partnerships (PPP/P3/ PFI) for social and transport infrastructure projects, in Germany, Europe and internationally. His expertise covers the entire project lifecycle – from tender stage, project award and financial close, construction and operation, including handback considerations.
He also possesses a deep knowledge in technical Asset and Performance Management, Due Diligence and Lifecycle Strategy preparation – for cost optimisation and contract amendments.
His responsibilities include technical advice to lenders, private equity investors and developers, as well as supporting public sector clients and multilateral development banks with the preparation of tender and bid documents - that combine technical excellence and strategic foresight.
