BAI Real Assets & Wealth Management Symposium

Dr. Heinz-Werner Rapp, Founder and Director of the FERI Cognitive Finance Institute, delivered a keynote at the event on the topic: ‘Climate Tipping Points’: Underestimated risk drivers in climate change. Edgar Walk, Chief Economist at Metzler Asset Management, gave a keynote speech entitled ‘The Federal Republic under construction – and the world is watching: financial markets, infrastructure and global dynamics’.

The 3rd Real Assets Symposium focused on the asset classes Infrastructure Equity & Real Estate Equity. Up to two parallel sessions on various topics offered BAI members, aspiring members and institutional investors an optimal selection of specialist presentations and discussion panels.

For the first time, BAI is also organized a Wealth Management Symposium in parallel, which provided expert support for the “democratization” of private markets. The focus was evergreen structures, ELTIF 2.0 and challenges in sales and processing. The program was aimed at BAI members as well as investment advisors, family offices, foundations, private banks, savings banks, cooperative banks and interested institutional investors. 

The premises provided space for more than 300 people. The day was rounded off with a get-together afterwards.
