Dr. Philipp Wagner, LGT Capital Partners
Philipp Wagner (German/Swiss) is an Executive Director on the Private Debt Operations team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. Before joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Wagner established and managed a mezzanine fund focused on German SMEs at Altium Capital. He began his career at Bain & Co and later moved to Metro / Beisheim Group, where he held various roles in business development and was a founding member of Metro’s corporate venture fund. Mr. Wagner holds an MA in Finance & Accounting and a PhD from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is fluent in German, English, Italian, and French.
