Melanie Wiese
Melanie Wiese has been a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG since January 2023. She will step down from the Board at the end of December 2025. She will then assume the role of Managing Director of e-KommUnity GmbH, where she will bring together investors and municipal utilities.
Between 2017 and 2022, she worked for the energy companies E.ON SE, Innogy SE in Essen, and Bayernwerk AG in Regensburg – most recently as a member of the Management Boards of Innogy SE and Bayernwerk AG, responsible for the finance division (CFO, Bayernwerk AG). Prior to that, she headed the international shared services organization of technology group ZF Friedrichshafen (2014 to 2017) and previously worked as a management consultant at Accenture Management Consulting and The Hackett Group.
Melanie Wiese holds a degree in Business Law (Diplom-Wirtschaftsjuristin) from Leuphana University Lüneburg.
