Dr. Markus Geiger has been responsible for the Private Debt division at ODDO BHF Asset Management since the end of 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of private debt, private equity and consulting. Prior to ODDO BHF, he managed the business in the D/A/CH region at Kartesia, a pan-European credit investor, for 4 years. Prior to that, he spent 8 years at Borromin Capital (formerly Steadfast Capital) where he was responsible for the origination, execution and management of various private equity investments, the last years as Partner. He started his career in 1997 as a management consultant at Strategy & (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) with a focus on corporate finance advisory for international corporations and private equity firms. Markus holds a PhD from the University of Cologne and a Master's degree from ESCP Europe.
