BB Alternative Partners (BBA) is an independent asset management consulting firm in the  Alternative Investments space. Our aim is to enable clients to generate sustainable and stable returns from this asset class. The company provides support in developing strategies, selecting managers and, as part of the subsequent portfolio management process, is providing a risk management reporting. In the further development of the portfolio, we undertake the analysis of co-investment offers and the execution of secondary transactions.
In doing so, we use proven tools for fund ratings and due diligences when selecting fund investments, so that our clients' investment decisions are executed sound and comprehensible. Since 2019, this also includes our own ESG scoring.
For fund managers, BBA offers the optimisation of the market presence as well as the Solvency II profile of their product and an assessment of capital adequacy requirements.
BBA's 8-person team has already allocated around EUR 3.1 bn in funds and, in addition to excellent market knowledge, has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework for Solvency II and AnlVO-regulated investors including ESG.
