Profile

HI Capital Management GmbH belongs to the LHI Group and is a 100% subsidiary of LHI Leasing GmbH. The LHI Group has been successful in the market for more than 45 years and is a reliable partner for investors with a long-term strategy and business policy.

The assets under management amount to around 12.2 billion euros.

Customised LHI investments for homogeneous investor groups in the asset classes of real estate, renewables and aviation (aircraft and engines) offer VAG investors, foundations and family offices stable cash flows and a conservative risk-return profile. Investors can participate in the investment assets via closed-end AIFs or securities structures. They benefit from LHI's know-how and service over the entire term of the investments.

LHI's professional risk management system takes into account all requirements of the various investor groups, including current ESG regulations.

Investors receive regular reports from LHI, the basic aim of which is to fully comply with all requirements of the EU Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulation. The general guideline here is the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) of the United Nations in their currently valid version as well as the GRESB standard.

LHI has joined the ESG Circle of Real Estate (E.C.O.R.E.) industry initiative and the ICG Institute for Corporate Governance in the Real Estate Industry. In addition, LHI is a supporter of the IES International Ethic Standards.
