Prime Capital is an independent asset manager and financial services provider with a KWG licence in Germany and a CSSF licence in Luxembourg, owned by management and employees. As a specialised asset manager, the company focuses on the asset management of hedge fund and absolute return strategies, on infrastructure with a focus on renewable energy and on private debt. 
 
The company has an AIFM in Luxembourg, which fulfils the AIFM function for both open-ended and closed-ended alternative investment funds. 
 
In addition, Prime Capital offers its own Access Solutions division, which provides tailor-made fund platforms and bankruptcy-proof securitisations in the interests of transparency and control over the assets as well as minimising overall costs.
