Profile

The DZ PRIVATBANK S.A. is the competence centre of the cooperative FinanzGruppe in Luxembourg. As a full-service provider for alternative investment funds, it offers the entire value chain from launch to administration. It accompanies and supports institutional initiators, such as private banks, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and foundations, from the analysis of the investor's needs to individually coordinated Luxembourg fund structures via the fund launch to the support of ongoing fund activities (AIFM, central administration, registrar and transfer agent, depositary) over the entire life of the funds. In the modular principle, the initiator can choose both for the complete implementation of a "full service AIF" - together with the subsidiary IPConcept (Luxembourg) S.A., which is authorised as an AIFM - and for individual services such as depositary, central administration or registrar/transfer agent for already existing or registered AIFMs.
