PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) provides spe-cialized know-how from experts in the alterna-tive investment sector in addition to our general tax advice. The PricewaterhouseCoopers Alternative Investment Group in Germany (currently more than 30 team members) is specialized in providing tax and regulatory advice with a focus on investment managers and investors, in the areas of structuring of financial products and alternative investments (especially hedge funds, private equity, real estate funds and commodities) as well as related compliance. The Alternative Investment Group consists of acknowledged experts in German investment tax law, German investment law as well as insurance supervisory law in our Frankfurt office.
