Dr. Julia Grothaus represents companies in complex disputes before state courts, in international arbitration proceedings and in out-of-court dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on post-M&A and corporate disputes as well as antitrust disputes.

As head of Linklaters' German and co-head of its European ESG team, Dr. Julia Grothaus coordinates Linklaters' ESG advisory offering, which covers - nationally and internationally - the entire spectrum of sustainability issues and aspects. Her own advisory practice focuses in particular on the liability risks associated with sustainability issues (due diligence in supply chains, greenwashing, climate change claims, etc.).
