Lars Bauschus is Head of Investment Backoffice at LVM Versicherung Münster and responsible for investment controlling, investment accounting, investment reporting, business processing, security assets.

After studying business administration at the University of Münster and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg / USA, where he graduated with a degree in business administration (specializing in auditing, business finance, business taxation), he worked for Deloitte in the auditing of medium-sized and listed companies and also actively contributed to the national auditing department. Another station was eCAPITAL Entrepreneurial Partners AG in Münster, where he worked in the area of investment and financial controlling, fund structuring of venture capital and private equity funds, before moving to the investment controlling of alternative investments at LVM. He has been in his current position since 2017.
