Florian Feder has been with Rantum Capital since 2019. He focuses on both debt and equity investments. Previously, Mr. Feder managed the private equity investments of a well-known family office in London. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, where he focused on subordinated debt. Florian Feder began his career as an attorney at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. He holds a B.A. degree from Brown University (USA), completed the First State Examination in Law at the University of Hamburg and holds an L.L.M. degree in Finance and Corporate Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York. Florian Feder is a member of the New York Bar Association.
