Dr. Matthias Unser is a board member and equity partner of YIELCO Investments AG. Between 2001 and 2011, he held management positions at leading private equity fund of funds providers (DB Private Equity, Sal. Oppenheim Private Equity Partners, VCM Capital Management). In particular, he was responsible for private debt (mezzanine, distressed debt, credit opportunities, infrastructure). Since 2002, he has conducted and managed the due diligence processes for more than 100 private debt and distressed debt funds worldwide, investing a total of more than EUR 4 billion. He has been appointed to the advisory boards of more than 20 funds. Between 1998 and 2001, he was a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate finance consulting. Dr. Matthias Unser holds a degree in business administration, a doctorate in finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
