Richard Flohr is a Partner of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and Portfolio Manager for the firm's debt strategies. In this role he oversees operations of the funds and serves as a member of the funds' Investment Committee. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Richard was a Managing Director with the Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he worked for 28 years.

Richard received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science from the College of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Richard holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation
