Sebastian Venc joined Muzinich & Co in 2018 to build up the private debt franchise in the DACH region. He works on flexible financing solutions across the capital structure including senior debt, unitranche, mezzanine, and minority equity – both for sponsored and non-sponsored situations. Previously, he was a Vice President in Leveraged Finance at Bank of Ireland and arranged debt facilities to support the financing of leveraged buyout transactions for mid- and large cap private equity clients. He started his career in Investment Banking at Robert W. Baird where he executed M&A transactions and worked on debt advisory assignments. Sebastian Venc holds a MSc in Finance from the University of Liechtenstein, is a CFA Charterholder and also a trained banker.
