founding Capital Four, the team worked together at Nordea Asset Management managing European High
Yield since 2001.

Today, Capital Four is the largest independent leveraged finance manager in Europe with a global and
institutional client base. Capital Four is a credit boutique focusing purely on leveraged finance and manage
strategies within private debt, leveraged loans, structured credit, multi-asset credit as well as private debt. Our portfolio management team and investment process have been the same since the inception of our
first investment strategy in 2001. We manage more than €14bn on behalf of pension funds, insurance
companies, endowments, family offices and global financial institutions.
