The Bundesverband Alternative Investments e.V. (BAI), the central representative of the alternative investments industry in Germany, has addressed severe concerns regarding the EU Comission’s drafts of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) as well as the newly proposed mandatory social PAI indicators of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
